On Monday night, Jer and I attended the holiday party for my new job! We had SUCH a great time and I LOVED introducing him to all my new co-workers!! I have never had a job where I got to attend a big party, so I was super excited!! The party EXCEEDED my expectations!!
There was an open top shelf bar and the food was AMAZING!!
My date was SUPER fun! (and handsome!)
When I was invited to the party I was told to bring an ornament. I wasn't sure what to get, so of course I went to my go-to Tar-jay! I got the CUTEST ornament but of course forgot to take a pic! BUT I did get a pic of the tree with all of the ornaments on it and all of the SWEET Presents! :)
(How funny is it that everyone bought either a red or white ornament!)
When we all brought in our ornaments, we were handed a card that we were told not to open. We all got to pick an ornament off the tree and whoever bought the ornament gave their unopened card to the recipient of the ornament.
In each card was a number that corresponded to a gift under the tree! (SO much fun!) Of course I was almost last to picking my ornament but LUCKILY for me my card got me the BEST gift EVER!!!!!
An ipad mini!!!!!!!!!!!
I was SO SO excited! Jer basically made fun of me the rest of the night for the face I made when I opened my gift, let's just say I was giddy! ;)
This "toy"has come in QUITE handy the past couple of days! haha I put LOTS of apps on for Olivia too. She is already a pro with it too! We go on vacation next week, so this is going to be GREAT on the plane to keep Olivia entertained.

OMG! That is the most awesome present ever! At our work party they give away the crappiest gifts! It's essentially whatever the big wigs get from other companies/contacts that they don't want. They sometimes have tickets to a Red Sox game, but that's it.
