INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups cooked chicken (I used rotisserie but could use left over chicken)
1/2 box of pasta
1 jar of alfredo sauce (I used Bertolli)
1 pack fresh mushrooms (I used sliced bellas)
1/4 cups diced onions
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
italian seasoning (to taste)
Optional:
diced italian style tomatoes
cooked asparagus
cooked chopped broccoli
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
While pasta is boiling, saute butter, garlic, mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper until soft.
Chop up chicken
Drain pasta and return to pot
Add parmesan cheese and garlic powder
Stir until pasta is coated
Add alfredo sauce, chicken, sauteed mushrooms/onions
Mix well
Spray pan, put mixture in pan, add shredded cheese
Bake until golden brown
