Today we have a (if not the last) NICU appointment for Olivia. I had wanted to do the project below for when we brought Olivia home from the NICU but with the short notice of Olivia coming home we didn't have time to make it!
I decided to make this project to take with us to Olivia's appointment today, except I modified it to make it EVEN easier!! ;)

SUPPLIES:
Plant
Pot
Ruler
Sharpie
DIRECTIONS:
Put plant in pot (or buy a potted plant like I did!)
Write "Thanks for helping me grow" on ruler with Sharpie
Stick ruler in Plant
That's it! SUPER easy!! I can't wait to give this as a gift to the NICU staff. I know it isn't much, but we try to bring little things every time we go. After all, they are the reason we have our precious, miracle baby!!
