1. Tell us your favorite baby names? Aside from your own babies, if you have some :)

Girl names were SO tough for us to decide! We liked Isabella (Bella), and Madeline (Maddy). 

Boy names, we have had one picked out FOREVER! (Literally in the beginning of us dating! ) I am not going to share that one but we like more tradition names for a boy!

2. Show me your "dream" nursery {can be your baby's nursery or one that you love}

I LOVE Olivias nursery. It looks a little bit different now.

3. How many children would you like to have? How far apart?

Before Olivia we said 3, now I am happy with just 1! We LOVE being parents and If we weren't so scared of having another premature/sick baby I would def still say 2-3.  We will see...

4. Tell us what you think the importance of parenting is?

I believe in quality time, being a role model showing your kids as well as teaching your kids. Children learn from example! Jeremy wrote this post when we were first expecting. I think he answers this perfectly!

5. Show us your favorite newborn photo {can be your children or random}

Olivia was actually 3 months old in these pictures, they were taken on her due date (August 26th, 2011)

6.  Tell us some things you promise to never do as a parent {and if you are a parent, did you stick to it}

Hmmm...I am sure there are a lot but here are a few...

I NEVER thought I would "give in" so much! (If Olivia won't stop crying because she wants my cell phone or keys and we are out running errands or something, guess who wins?)

I thought all diaper brands were the same, how wrong I was! We are a pampers family ALL the way!

I thought we would NEVER co-sleep but once we finished out journey in the NICU we wanted to be as close to Olivia as humanly possible! Lucky for us Olivia sleeps great with us, in her crib, pack n play, etc. 

I said I would NEVER give my child formula. I thought it was SO bad, since everyone makes it seem like it is but when I had issues producing we gave Olivia formula and we NEVER had any issues and she grew strong and healthy!! (So don't let ANYONE make you feel like formula is bad, Olivia is proof that it is not!)

I always said I wouldn't let "baby stuff" take over my house...how WRONG I was! haha

I said I would make all of Olivia's baby food which I did! Once she was 10-11 months we did give her Ella's kitchen pouches for when we were out and about though!

I said I wouldn't give Olivia chocolate until she was 1 year (corrected age) and we DID stick to that! :)
