{Crock Pot} Bacon Ranch Chicken Recipe

Last night I made the BEST dinner! I just HAD to share the recipe!

{Crock Pot} Bacon Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (tenderloins would work too!)
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tablespoons of bacon bits/crumbles (about 3 strips cooked bacon)
Couple cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 cup of milk
1 package fresh mushrooms
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix

Directions:

Place chicken in bottom of crock pot.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 4 hours.

I served this over mashed potatoes but would also be great over rice or noodles! There is a lot of extra sauce, so with mashed potatoes the sauce was almost like a gravy!

If any of you try it, let me know how you like it! I am hoping to use my crock pot LOTS so if any of you have any great recipes PLEASE share!! :)

My go-to crock pot recipe is Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches

1 roast- whatever size fits your family. (we get a large, but have plenty of left overs)
1 can beef broth
1 whole pepper (we usually do 1/2 red, 1/2 yellow)
1/2 onion (or to your liking)

Put all ingredients in crockpot, and cook for 5-6 hours on high, then low until you're ready to eat.

YUM!
