Homemade Chunky Guac

After my post yesterday I received many emails about wanting my guac recipe, so here it is! :)

Homemade Chunky Guac

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe avocado's
squeeze of lime juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt (give or take)
1/8 tsp black pepper (give or take)
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup chopped onion (I use red or white onion)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
(I don't use fresh chopped cilantro, but you could add this in as well!)

DIRECTIONS:
Mash/mix it all together in a bowl.
(I like it chunky so I cut up the veggies bigger and don't mash it up as much)
I let it sit in the fridge for an hour to get really cold and so the flavor can really "gel" together.

(sans tomatoes)

Once ready, pair with your favorite tortilla chips (my favorite are tostitos multigrain scoops) or on tacos! (or anything else you like guac on!)

ENJOY!
