I made these spinach stuffed mushrooms the other night and I just HAD to share the recipe! They are SO easy and DELICIOUS!!
INGREDIENTS:
1 box frozen creamed spinach
1 package Mushroom caps ( I bought larger mushroom and scraped out inside)
Butter (to saute)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cook creamed spinach per directions on box
Clean mushrooms
Saute mushrooms in butter, garlic, salt and pepper until soft
Once everything is cooked, stir in parmesan cheese (to taste) and garlic (to taste) into creamed spinach.
Fill mushroom caps with spinach mixture!
