Avais still nursing like a champ! Sometimes I am too engorged and she goes to town and ends up eating too much and spits up the whole feeding. It can be very disappointing and I feel so bad for her! I am working on trying to pump and watch how much she takes so that doesn't happen as often. This week we have had LOTS and LOTS of laundry (as a result to the spit up)
Still wearing 0-3m and 3m clothes and size 1 diapers! Eyes are getting darker, I don't expect them to stay blue much longer. I would say Ava is 10lbs, if not more.
Our feeding/sleeping schedule is still inconsistent. I am still feeding "on demand" and this week only pumped 1 or 2 times so the feedings are still all on me. Can be very demanding, challenging and exhausting but it is what is best! Sleeping anywhere from 2-3hour stretches. At night I sometimes get a 4-4.5 hour stretch. We also started giving Ava Gripe water/gas meds. She gets very uncomfortable at night sometimes and these sure do help!
Love/hate relationship with bathtime. Sometimes she lays there calm until we take her out, other times she screams the whole time! haha I can't wait until we can do bath time with the girls together!
We are LOVING the moby wrap! Thanks to friends who recommended it through IG and FB! It was confusing at first to get on but Ava LOVES it and I do too!
Went to first mom to mom sale which resulted in ordering matching knitted hats in CMU colors for in October for the girls, new tutus and a few things for Ava.
I forgot to mention in previous weeks that Ava will take a pacifier, we have only tried the avent soothie ones, she prefers the smaller ones (that Liv used) to the full size. We don't use them all the time but I like that she will take them!
