14 Weeks

How Far Along? 14 weeks!

Size? apple or lemon

Maternity Clothes? Ordered/received maternity jeans from Old Navy!! Still a little big but still rocking LOTS of leggings/tunics

Weight Gain? I'll find out on October 21st!

Gender? Jer still thinks boy, I am starting to think girl!

Old Wives Tale: nausea (yes, it is back...)

How big sis is doing? She is looking bigger and bigger these days! When we ask her where the baby is she points to my belly and even gives kisses! SO sweet!:)

Sleep? Def have been hitting the snooze WAY too much in the am (def getting creative with my hair since I keep skipping the am washes! haha) Sometimes try to get a small nap in when I get home. At night I am still waking up 2-3 times a night.

Food Cravings? Still craving crispy bacon, pizza with banana peppers, arby's and pretty much anything salty, also ICE cold water!

Anything making you queasy or sick: This week it was chicken...the thought of it...yuck! I tried to eat chicken today actually and just couldn't!

What I Miss? STILL missing feta cheese, smoked salmon and raw sushi!! Liv had a field trip to the Pumpkin patch and while I took a sip of the apple cider I realized while reading the bottle it wasn't pasteurized!! So I'll be missing apple cider this fall! (Still feeling SUPER guilty that I drank that/didn't know that!)

Symptoms? exhaustion, & lots of belly growing/cramping.

Mood? Happy for the most part but I did have a few "grrr" moments this week! haha (mostly caused from work!)

Best Moment of the Week? Feeling our baby MOVE for the first time! It was after eating pizza with banana peppers...go figure! haha Also, came home to a "nursery." Jeremy took an afternoon break one day and cleaned out the guest room, put together Liv's new dresser and put her changing table and some of her nursery furniture into the baby's room. Made everything even MORE real. He was so excited to surprise me, he is so sweet! :)

Looking forward to: The weekend!! Hoping to do some more stuff around the house, yes nesting is in FULL force!! :)

I did the same thing with the apple cider and the cheese, only it was goat cheese. I guess it is OK if it is pasteurized. I found some delish cider that was at work! And most cheese in the US is made with pasteurized milk. Check out your grocery store, I was able to find goat cheese I could eat. And most restaurants will check their ingredients for you. OK.. I've officially written too much about cheese. Haha.

Starbucks has a Carmel apple spice and last I checked they use pasturized apple cider/juice for it. It could help you get your fix.

So fun to read along with someone who is at the same point in their pregnancy as I am!

If I never see chicken ever again in my life it will be too soon, unless it is in Buffalo Chicken Dip or in the form or a nugget.

I also just invested in 2 pairs of maternity jeans, but I don't have a bump yet. I can't wait to feel baby move in the next few weeks.
