Dear Pre-Baby Body,
I MISS YOU!!!
No one told me how hard it would be to get you back. Olivia is worth every stretch mark. Every added inch on my hips. My now EXTREMELY dry hair. As well as these last 6 lbs I can't seem to shake. I didn't realize how good I had it. Eating what I wanted. Working out when I could.
It took me 26 weeks, 3 days to gain 17lbs. On November 21 it will have been 6 months since I had Olivia. The date I had aimed for to be back to PRE-pregnancy shape.
((Insert------>HA HA HA))
We are going on a family vacation to Florida from December 14-23. My NEW goal to lose these remaining 6lbs and tone UP.

The plan:
MORE protein
More smaller meals instead of fewer larger meals
Adding THIS DVD to my routine
drink MORE H2O
Getting more sleep
