Today a girl friend and I went to an event called "Salute to Working Women," it is put on by a local radio station. We went last year and had a blast! They have free food, give you drink tickets for free wine (I gave my friend mine) and there are different local businesses giving away coupons and free services. After yesterday it was SO nice to do this!! My friend got a free eyebrow waxing (I REALLY like the esthetician I go to) and we both received free manicures, and not just ANY manicure but we got to try the new GELeration! I've been wanting to try it and I LOVE it. They don't have a ton of colors to choose from but it is a gel polish that maybe took 7 minutes to put on. The best part was when I got out of the chair I was able to search around my purse for my phone and NO smudges or chipping AND it lasts for 2-3 weeks!! I'm very excited about this and now I know a salon in town who carries it AND does a great job! :)
